Kershaw, SC Kairos

Kairos of Kershaw, SC, is a ministry of Kairos International, Inc., an interdenominational Christian ministry that helps to build Christian fellowship in the context of prisons. We have semi-annual 72-hour “Weekends” which are training weekends in which participants receive instruction about Christian faith and life, develop friendship with other Christians, and are encouraged to build small-group fellowships with fellow prison residents which can support them in their walk with Christ on a daily basis.

Spring 2026 weekend dates scheduled for March 19th to March 22nd (Thursday through Sunday).

We also return once a month for morning reunions (usually the fourth Friday of the month) to fellowship and worship with, encourage, and be encouraged by the Kairos community; at these reunions, the men enjoy times of praise and worship, breakfast as a community, teaching from the word (given by outside and inside volunteers) and small-group fellowship. If you are new to this type of ministry, the reunions are a great way to see if it's something you would be interested in.
